Calin Zamfirescu is one of Romania’s most well-reputed lawyers, a litigator with extensive courtroom experience.. He concentrates his practice primarily in the area of arbitration, litigation and dispute resolution, covering the broad spectrum of disputes in banking, finance and insolvency, liquidation and bankruptcy. The international nature of Calin’s work refers to his involvement in arbitration hearings in a wide variety of jurisdictions, including Milan, Paris, London and New York. Calin frequently counsels clients in major contractual disputes, with particular expertise in corporate transactions and disputes arising from takeovers / mergers and acquisitions.
