Stan Tîrnoveanu’s practice consists of broad experience representing clients in insolvency and bankruptcy, debt recovery and dispute resolution. He concentrates his practice in complex banking transactions, finance and commercial litigation matters. Stan frequently structures legal opinions in relation to the execution and validity conditions of the bills of exchange, promissory notes, cheques and letters of bank guarantee. His banking practice covers the wide array of financing and funding transactions, trade finance facilities, collaterals system and credit securities issues. He also acts for a broadly based clientele in the project finance, corporate finance and bank privatization area.
