Ioana has worked in tax consulting for over 13 years and has been involved in various projects of tax assistance for a wide range of Romanian and foreign companies.

She has assisted clients in identifying planning ideas to generate cost efficiencies in the form of future tax reductions and cash flow savings, quantification of tax benefits and implementation of recommendations. Also, she has accumulated significant experience in coordinating various types of tax assignments such as tax reviews, due diligence, tax planning for acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, etc. Furthermore, she has provided assistance to companies during tax audits, assistance in preparing contestations relating to tax disputes and has delivered trainings for clients regarding the interpretation and the application of direct and indirect taxes.

Ioana is member of various professional bodies such as the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants, the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors as well as the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Daniela has accumulated an experience in tax consultancy of over 7 years. She has been involved in assisting numerous local and foreign clients in various projects such as tax reviews, assistance related to companies’ reorganizations (mergers, spin-offs etc.), structuring international holding companies, transaction assistance, delivering tax trainings to clients, assistance in relation with various other tax matters such as corporate tax, withholding tax, VAT, personal taxation, local taxes etc.

Daniela is a member of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants.
